TED International Education Group
Ted International Education Group was officially established in 2025, with its headquarters in Barcelona, Spain. As the first Chinese-controlled international education group in Spain, we boast 47 years of rich educational heritage and are an IB World School officially recognized by the Spanish Ministry of Education.
The Group's business spans six major sectors: K16 international education, the arts ecosystem, overseas internships and employment, international publishing, and cooperative educational programs. With branches in Spain, Hong Kong SAR, Beijing, Chongqing, Kunshan (Jiangsu), and beyond, we have established a global footprint in the education industry.

Mr. Liang Ran, a Chinese entrepreneur, acquired Ted International School in Spain in 2024. Guided by his commitment to charity and educational vision, he is dedicated to building a bridge for cultural and educational exchange between China and the West. By acquiring Spain's oldest Chinese-controlled international school, he has achieved a strategic upgrade from localized operations to global development, establishing a model of Sino-Western educational cooperation.
